About This Document

These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "T&C" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and kriky ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These T&C apply to all services offered through kriky.ws, including online casino games, sports betting, crash games, live casino tables, and all promotional programmes. Please read this document in full before registering or making any deposit. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the Platform.

Key Terms at a Glance

Access to kriky is restricted to eligible individuals only. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and remain met throughout your use of the Platform.

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age at registration and at all times when using the Platform. kriky reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification to verify age at any point.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you and are not acting under any legal disability that prevents you from entering contracts.
• Personal use: You access the Platform strictly for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of any third party or as part of any commercial gambling operation.
• Lawful funds: All funds deposited and used for wagering are lawfully owned by you. You are not depositing proceeds derived from any illegal activity.
• Self-exclusion status: You are not subject to any self-exclusion order from kriky or any other operator. If you have previously self-excluded, contact support before attempting to register a new account.

Each player may hold only one registered account on kriky. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by mobile number, device identifier, IP address, or payment method — will result in all accounts being closed and any balances voided.

• Registration information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration including your real name, a valid mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these T&C.
• Password responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. kriky will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any activity under your credentials is your sole responsibility.
• Account sharing: Accounts may not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any third party. Allowing another person to access or use your account is a breach of these T&C.
• KYC verification: kriky may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a national identity card or passport. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Suspicious activity: kriky reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected, including irregular betting patterns, multiple failed login attempts, or discrepancies between registered information and payment details.

kriky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the Platform. All financial transactions are subject to the conditions below. kriky reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳100 when using bKash or Nagad. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are processed instantly. Card payments may take up to 24 hours. kriky does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC requirements. kriky may request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may be longer. Withdrawals are not processed when the relevant payment network experiences downtime.
• Currency: All balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kriky does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any currency conversion carried out by your payment provider is your sole responsibility.

kriky offers various bonuses and promotional programmes from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL season, Eid, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the conditions in this section as well as any specific terms stated at the time each offer is made.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is displayed at the point of offer and must be met within the stated validity period.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer is available to one account per eligible player. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse: kriky uses automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse including chip dumping, matched betting using bonus funds, and systematic exploitation of free spin offers. Detected abuse results in immediate bonus forfeiture, cancellation of related winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses not activated within their stated validity period expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. kriky is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original promotion terms.
• Free spins: Free spins awarded as part of a promotion may be restricted to specific slot titles. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer before they may be withdrawn.

kriky is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity and will intervene where gambling behaviour poses a risk to a player's wellbeing.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. A deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion the account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and the player will be unable to register a new account. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected].
• Underage prevention: kriky employs age verification measures at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any point. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be closed without delay and the balance forfeited.
• Session tools: Session time reminders are available to help players monitor how long they have been playing. Automatic session timeouts are implemented on inactive accounts to protect players who may have left their device unattended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kriky. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or conduct any form of financial fraud including use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or identity theft.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing information about live game states to gain an unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to obtain credits or winnings that would not otherwise be accessible. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

kriky reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. Where possible, kriky will provide notice of suspension or termination, but is not obligated to do so where the action relates to suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or an ongoing investigation.

• Voluntary closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. All pending withdrawals must be processed before closure and all active bonus balances will be voided.
• Suspension during investigation: Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kriky aims to conclude its review within 30 days. During this period the player cannot log in, deposit, or withdraw. If the investigation clears the player, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.
• Termination for breach: Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these T&C — including prohibited conduct, identity fraud, or repeated bonus abuse — any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. kriky will provide written reasons for termination upon request.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. kriky may apply an inactivity fee to dormant balances in accordance with the fee schedule in account settings. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

All content on the kriky platform — including software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, design elements and promotional materials — is the property of kriky or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Permitted use: Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
• Third-party content: Games are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective content. kriky's licence to display this content does not extend to any licence granted to the player.
• Infringement: Any unauthorised use of kriky's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action. Players who become aware of any suspected infringement are encouraged to report it to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kriky's liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited as set out in this section. Nothing in these T&C excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

• Service availability: kriky does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability. kriky is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
• Indirect losses: kriky is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical errors: In the event of a malfunction or software error affecting the outcome of a game or transaction, kriky reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. Players will be notified of any such action.

kriky reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material — for example changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, or player rights — kriky will endeavour to provide advance notice via the mobile number or contact details registered to the account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
